SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
We ship orders every 2-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can then use to keep track of your parcels. We typically ship orders via USPS or UPS.
At 42 Pressed, we put so much work into the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your retail purchase, please return your product to us within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund (with the exception of shipping costs). Damaged, opened or used products cannot be returned.
UNFORSEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves the 42 Pressed headquarters until it is delivered to your address, all shipping liability lies with the shipping service.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your parcel is lost or stolen, claims can be filed with the appropriate shipping service. After the package is marked as delivered, packages become the customer's responsibility. 42 Pressed cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Please email us at info@42pressed for help with damaged packages.
International orders may require additional processing time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to keep track of your parcels. International orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please note, shipping for international orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. 42 Pressed is not responsible for any duties, taxes or any other post shipment fees.
