Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
We ship orders every 2-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can then use to keep track of your parcels. We typically ship orders via USPS or UPS.
If you ordered a framed print, please allow 3-4 weeks for production as each frame is crafted individually and made to order. Please note: framed prints are considered custom pieces and cannot be cancelled after your order has been confirmed within our system for more than twenty four hours. The specs for custom framed print orders are located on the bottom of the page. We highly encourage customers to read this chart before placing a custom framed order.
At 42 Pressed, we put so much work into the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our products are NOT factory made, we take pride in producing small batch, handmade products. This allows us to celebrate our craft and the uniqueness that comes from each individual product. This also means that factory made perfection cannot be expected. Minor, uncompromising flaws may be present. Through the handmade process, we have learned to appreciate the beauty in these imperfections, and we hope that those who consume our products do as well. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your retail purchase, please return your product to us within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund (with the exception of shipping costs). Damaged, opened or used products cannot be returned.
UNFORSEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves the 42 Pressed headquarters until it is delivered to your address, all shipping liability lies with the shipping service.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your parcel is lost or stolen, claims can be filed with the appropriate shipping service. After the package is marked as delivered, packages become the customer's responsibility. 42 Pressed cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Please check and double check that you have entered your shipping address correctly at checkout. 42 Pressed cannot be held responsible for customer errors in the checkout process. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional postage and handling fees to reship the package. Please email us at info@42pressed for help with damaged packages and filing claims. Claims can only be made within 12 days from mailing date. Must provide evidence of mailing container and contents in order to be considered for replacement.
International orders may require additional processing time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to keep track of your parcels. International orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please note, shipping for international orders can take up to three to four weeks to arrive depending on your location. 42 Pressed is not responsible for any duties, taxes or any other post shipment fees.
